Hello Carley and the rest of the team at Rockwood Kitchens. It has been about 1/2 a year since our cabinets have been installed. I waited for two reasons and the 1st being all cabinets look great brand new from the outside and 2nd to do a complete kitchen renovation starts with the cabinets and ends with the smallest details. Like others we searched the Internet, box stores to the flyer's that arrive at your home. Why did we purchase from Rockwood Kitchens simple, price, quality, customer satisfaction, no pressure tactics and a commitment to make sure the customer knows that their more then just a sale you become part of the Rockwood family. As everyone knows this has been one cold long winter and our cabinets look like they are still brand new. We added pullouts for garbage & recycling as well as pot holders pull out. The lazy Susan is perfect, soft closing drawers are amazing and the double undermount deep sink is a must for all kitchens. To sum it all up is like watching HGTV as our cabinets built in the 70's particle board that had mold, water damaged and being held up with 1X2's to a dream kitchen picked out of a page in a designers book. There are too many people to thank starting with Rockwood Kitchens Internet Site. The web site was informative, easy to understand, no hidden costs, $5,500.00 with Granite Top is a show stopper price. We spent more then double that as our dreams started at the low price and ended with the perfect price of our choice. The owner who realized profit is a must however a $30,000 or more for a 10X10 kitchen will leave a customer with a bad taste. Rockwood Kitchens are affordable and for the 1 million dollar homes and up still have the right products for any budget. Carley we can't thank you enough from the 1st e-mail to talking to you in person in Barrie to the advice, design customer care and a team that really cares about the products and workmanship. Carley you were there when we had questions, an understanding that we had a dream just didn't know how to arrange it all in a small kitchen that after many different design changes you made our dream come true. The installation and I am sorry I lost some paperwork with the name of the installer. He arrived early and to my amazement over the weekend he cut his thumb requiring approx: 20 stitches to install our cabinets. That is a person who loves his job and the company he works for. It was very hot and I had to force him to have bottled water as he knew that he wasn't working at 100% due to his thumb and showed a commitment through pain and jokes and a little help from me made the installation actually was fun. He always took the time to answer my questions as well as giving advice on how to keep the cabinets in perfect condition as well as if there ever was a problem call we will help you through it to the end. I remember one morning Lee arrived for the granite counter-top measurements and the cabinets were still being installed. Lee handled it like a pro by saying I am here I will take the measurements saves me coming back another day. Lee also explained the process of purchasing from one of three granite places, where they were located and paperwork for each place including the time schedule. We decided that A & V Granite Importers had exactly what we wanted as we decided to upgrade the counter-top. The sales lady was professional, easy to understand and let us pick out what we liked and sat down with an espresso as we did the paperwork. A few days later Thomas, Ken and Tam arrived to install the granite counter-top and before leaving made sure that I was happy with the workmanship as well as how to care for Granite like when to know when it is time to have it re-sealed. This is something so small but meant so much to us when Carley realized that our counter-top was short of the 45SF she said we can make 2 hot plates with the left over granite. Most companies would keep the access instead Rockwood Kitchens made sure we received what we had paid for. Mr. Nguyen you stand above other retailers and to have a team of workers from design to installation you should be proud as they really care about the workmanship, the customer as well as the products for sale. We can't thank you enough,

The installation of the cupboards and granite countertop were done as scheduled and in a professional manner. Both our general contractor and tile installer were very impressed with the quality of the cupboards and their installation. And these people are working with kitchen renovations all the time. Diane's sister who is in the interior decorating business loved the kitchen describing it as elegant.

They accommodated changes we requested and allowed us to put the plans on hold for two years before we were ready to install our new kitchen. John said there is some material left over here from the install and that someone from Rockwood should be picking it up and when they do that they can tweak anything that isn't right.
